Bonnie Schneider is meteorologist appearing on the various platforms of CNN and HLN. The TV show she hosts, LAST HOUSE REMAINING on DIY NETWORK began airing on March 30, 2012. She also serves as an on-camera meteorologist as well as the co-executive director. Her book EXTREME Winter was published from Palgrave Macmillan, on 31 January 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. When she was in Boston she also offered entertainment and lifestyle reporting as an assignment reporter for three days a week. Prior to joining WB56, she was employed as the forecaster on weekends for WFOR-TV Miami. She worked in a variety of meteorology and reportage positions, including News 12 Long Island (a 24 hour cable TV news channel) and WXII-TV in Winston-Salem. In addition, she was a regular substitute for The Saturday Early Show, she was meteorologist at CBS within New York City.
